Welcome to the website for Olson Design Associates. Dave Olson has been designing homes, additions, garages porches and decks for home owners and construction contractors on Cape Cod since 1988. Dave’s experience has made him intimately familiar with each town’s regulations and building codes. He also has experience dealing with the Old King’s Highway Commission from Sandwich to Orleans when changing homes in their jurisdiction. He will file the applications, drawings and attend the hearings.
